Instead of apologizing for their mistake, the gentleman at the desk was repeatedly rude and dismissive, suggesting that I should have done more. I showed him proof of our reservation, but this only fueled his combative attitude. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with such a lack of professionalism after a long journey.

I had a great stay at this hotel with its excellent breakfast that featured fresh fruit and a variety of options each day. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home, always ready to assist. My King Room was spacious and very clean, which added to the comfort of my trip. However, the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy at night, which could be improved.
